Health Plan

I decided to really get in shape and use the free time I have for my health and well-being. So I'm signing up for Yoga AND Pilates in automn + my usual set-ups + going to the UQAM gym to use their crosstrainer 1h 3x/week. My goal is to lose 20 pounds by winter (ok, next summer) I'll keep you posted on my belly evolution...
