Wikimedia's in trouble

I contributed little to the Wikipedia foundation this year, but still. I hear on ABC Law News that their COO (top executive) is a former convict (DUI, fraud...)and Wiki did not do any background check on her. I'm a little disappointed. But when I read on the bottom of her job description: "|VI. Public relations a. Ensure appropriate representation of WMF by all employees." I can't help but laugh!
