Bhutto has been assassinated

La leader pacifique de l'opposition du Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto, a été assassinée ce jeudi 27 Décembre 2007. Je suis triste d'apprendre cette nouvelle. Je la connaissais peu mais elle était une inspiration pour moi et j'avais un peu plus confiance dans le sort de l'humanité, la sachant proche du pouvoir. Maintenant il ne faut pas tomber dans le desespoir. Bhutto savait ce qu'elle risquait en promulguant des idées aussi révolutionnaire que la démocratie, la technologie et la liberté. Je crois qu'il faut aider autant que possible le Pakistan et les pays alentours à se libérer des chaines de la tradition et à embarquer dans l'ère de la modernité. * I fully understand the men behind Al Qaeda.
